Condo Renovation - Wood Floor

I have recently purchased a condo which requires some renovation work. As part of this process I intend to have a hard wood floor installed

Would appreciate any advice on Bangkok suppliers of teak (or similar hard wood) floor timber and a good contractor to lay the floor

I understand that if you purchase the material in Home Pro they have companies that will do the work. I should think the shops in Central World etc have similar arrangements. However my advice would be to have a tiled floor, having wood floors in my condo is my biggest regret.

True, prado wood would be much more durable although slightly more expensive.
