Film Lives.......

Glad to see I'm not the only one shooting film with a range finder :)

Spotted today in Hua Hin - whilst I was chatting with her friend who was shooting a Hasselblad 503CX and Ilford black and white!

The irony is that we were all at the Hua Hin 100 year anniversary exhibition :D

aaargh - happy days :D

p.s. it's a Canon

Just today I was working with some pics from trips to Arches NP in Utah. Some were from the year before I went digital, others were with the EOS 50D. Some of the film shots were so good I was actually surprised. Then, another whole roll was questionable, and I was reminded how nice it is to have a pretty good idea when you take a shot if it is going to be at least okay. A few fond memories, but no regrets here.

Looking at some of my old transparencies from Kodachrome 64 or Fuji Velvia taken with my old Pentax 6x7 medium format...... their beauty is hard to better....

Looks like a Chinon rather than a Canon.

Yes - I stand corrected there.

When I first saw her I thought she was using the new Olympus EP-1 but never really got close enough to take a good look.
