I wonder if anyone can help me, I have only had my iphone 3gs for a week and not had any problems yet. the only thing is that my e-mails received and sent all week no problem but now I can only receive!

it says the connection to the outgoing server "smtp.gmail.com" failed!

I use gmail on my phone and pc, the pc sends fine.

I have tried to check passwords and the other settings, and also have tried to sync with my pc again but I still get this message.

if anyone can help I would be really gratefull.

ok, I have been playing around a little more and I can now send e-mails, but it will still not send the one I tried to send earlier! do you think it could be because there was to many recipients? the other mails it sends ok at only 2-3 recipients but the one that will not go was to 7. could this have anything to do with it?
