I was wondering if anybody knows of a safe place, at Don Muang, to leave the car while out of the country for a week or two.

Is there long term parking at the airport? & how much do you pay??

No long-term parking. You can leave your car as long as you want in the regular parking lots, for 250 baht a day. I've left my car there for a week or more at a time, no problem.
