Rugby Union On Tv

Featured Replies

Nothing on UBC , just checked their schedule. They just don't do Rugby it seems. Not sure bout cable.

england vs. wallabies, 2190 hr thailand time on AUSTRALIAN NETWORK, encrypted transmission

No rugby on UBC , unfortunately ,but if you want some excitment check out channel 18 - The panda channel - 24 hour coverge of a sleeping panda .

No idea where you are located, but I can pretty much guarantee that the many sports/expat bars around Sukhumvit in Bangkok will have it figured out...

I've checked the schedule for Australia Network and England vs Australia is on there but no Wales vs. NZ.

TV5 will likely have the France games on also.

The expat bars will have all the games on satellite via SuperSports.

Not on my setup it isn't. By the way there's only 60 minutes in an hour. England to win, narrowly.

They used to show 'The Six Nations' Rugby live on UBS now True last and the year before, as Thailand plays Rugby. They so not show the Tri Nation ect. nor other Rugby btw. :D

Yours truly,

Kan Win :)

I saw all the game on my cable tv. What a joy to see Australia win.

You can shove yer chariot up yer a***.

Win narrowly. Lose by a chasm is about right.

Having just watched both matches, I won't gloat about how truly awful, disjointed, aimless, negative and lacking in creativity England were. Wales tried, but never threatened. All Blacks far too street wise.

I was wondering which game the commentators on the England game were watching. I have never heard such ludicrously one eyed commentary in my entire life. 2 v 0 to the Southern Hemisphere.

Shouldn't this topic be in "sports, hobbies and activities"?

Too important for that.

You're right. That Reality Panda Channel is the biz.

Much better than the human variety.

Much nicer species.

Hope it doesn't suffer from the general dumming down we are getting right across the media.

I wonder could we get John Dykes to do a commentary??

Incidentally, don't let this get around but did one of them give the camera the finger last week, or, was I hallucinating?

I notice that this year there's no Six Nations on the TrueVisions schedule so it'll be down the pub to watch the games.

The missus WILL be pleased!

Shouldn't Star Sports be call Star Football ?

Since Star Sports lost premiership football to True Sports, didn't think it showed much at all these days.

moved

:)

If they are not showing Rugby or Football what are they showing ??

They'll be showing F1 in a month or two. A think they show quite a bit of tennis too, like Wimbledon.

Yes I watched the tennis last weekend and enjoy Formula 1 but does that not leave lots of space to fill , if they are not showing football or rugby - what are they showing / Perhaps they show fishing ( rather like watching the panda chanel ).

Well as they have asked, it seems rude not to telephone them and/or write explaining EXACTLY how they can help.

Maybe a few hundred (am I being too optimistic?) rugby fans calling/writing regularly may alter their opinion a bit. But there again...
