Car Insurance In Thailand

Featured Replies

Ok, looking for some help here, last month I had a rather nasty accident, thankfully the insurance covered it all and it all ended well. However on the day of the accident, not one person at the insurance company spoke English, and although I speak some Thai, it was rather apparent that my Thai is no where good enough to speak to insurance brokers / call centers etc when you have had an accident and a somebody is going to hospital, I didn't want to be misunderstood.

So what I'm looking for is a car insurance company that has an English speaking representative (not just the one) but the ability to communicate in English in very distressing times

Anybody got any recommendations?

The first point is that all the staff at Thai Visa Insurance Brokers speak good English.

The second is we vet all Insurance companies who ask us for business and only the ones we approve of are recommended to our customers - amongst other conditions, all Claims Departments must speak English and have policies in English.

May we suggest you go Here for a quotation ?

Got to second TVI here. You cannot put a price on some things and even if TVI or another English speaking broker were a little more expensive, would it not be worth it ?
