Good Allergy Doctor In Pattaya Or Bangkok

Featured Replies

I would like to know if anybody of you know of a good allergy (skin) doctor preferably in Pattaya but also Bangkok can be considered.

I have started to have skin allergies the last year (I am 47 now) and would like to really go to the bottom to find out what causes it.

Never had any allergies earlier in my life so I am a little bit concerned.

Any help highly appreciated.....

Nobody with allergies in Thailand...????

To find the cause may be difficult, maybe even impossible. Unless you can figure out through your daily activities where / when / ... your allergy occurs.

Tests maybe tried via skin or blood test but the number of possible causes searched by those will always be limited. You may or may not find that needle in the haystack.

Anyway, even without knowing the exact cause, the specialist (e.g. dr. Anna who is getting good comments on the forum here) will be able to treat your allergy.

Your allergy starting at 47 isn't exceptional, allergies happen to start anytime.

There skin specialist in All seasons on Wireless road. Very good. But I can't remember the name at the moment.

Make an appointment for a skin prick test at Bumrungrad Hospital allergy center in Bangkok. Do not take antihistamines for a week before the test because they interfere with the results. They will get to the bottom of it in my experience.

Thank's for all replies.

I might use the Bumrungrad for the skin prick test as I am very happy with Bumrungrad generally.

The only thing that concern's me is if I have to travel in to Bangkok often (I live in Pattaya).

Is there anybody who knows if Pattaya have anything similar to Bumrungrad's allergy center...?
