I think you should be able to pay at 7/11 no problem,i pay mine there,it is Post pay.

Couple of years ago went to 7/11 paid all except the internet, they said could only pay internet at True or at a Bank...

Yes you can pay at PayPoint 7/11 stops or any bank.

is it possible to top up by credit card or paypal?

or any other ways how i could top up the number of my thai friend?
