Thai Gf Trip To Malasia Or Singapor

Featured Replies

i'd like to take my TGF on a visa run and make a little holiday of it. where's the best/cheapest place to go. i'd like to fly from samui, krabi or phuket. i was thinking of malasia or singapor but any other ideas are welcome.

does she need a visa?

thx steve

No visa needed, as your TG is part of ASEAN.

Personally prefer Singapore.

im almost certain she wont need a visa for singapore (Thai gf agreed on this) and i would expect the same is so for malaysia ...

another option is the golden triangle where you can visit burma for a few hours .. you can get a boat over the river and go to the casino to kill a few hours , and make a few holes in your bank balance as well if your not careful ...

No visa required for either Malaysia or Singapore and both will allow a one-month stay for Thai nationals. She will need her passport though.

Not all ASEAN countries have reciprocal agreements yet. This comes in next year.
