On The evening of 9th april 2005 at Pattaya Beach, the opening , was attended by Chonburi Vice Governor, Pisit Bunchuwang, Banglamung Chief District Officer Warrawit Sighsuutpatpon, Deputy Mayor Weerawat Kakhai

TAT Pattaya Director, Chattan GunchornNA Autaya and Pattaya Council Men.

The main purpose of the event, jointly sponsored Pattaya City,TAT and Central Festival Center, is to promote Summer Turisum in Pattaya

The main event being THE MISS BIKI Contest followed by a swim where show by Top Thai Fashion Models fashion.

The winner of THE MISS BIKI Contest number 16 Miss Praeopan Chamratsame…received prize money of 50, 000 baht and the Winners sash.
