Looking To Rent Villa In Phuket (feb 18-20)

Featured Replies

Hi !

I am looking at renting a villa for 2 nights. Feb 18-20 2010 and there are 10 of us - this is for my 40th bday.

Looking for something reasonable - not too expensive .Any leads/referrals welcome.

Cheers!

The reason you got no replies is I seriously doubt any private party would want to rent their villa for only two days for a birthday party in which it is implied the house will get pretty trashed and it needs to be inexpensive. How about renting a suite at a hotel instead?

I'm renting out houses but as said earlier it would be very difficult to find a house only for 2 nights.

Especially if you need it for a birthday bash. ( read trashed house after the party )

Expect normally a minimum rent of one or two months. Better to rent a bigger hotel bungalow for those occasions.

We rented Baan Sabai for a wedding and party... Not sure if thats 'not expensive' tho..

Superb place..

Thanks - can you suggest a suite?
