Long term leasing, does anyone know of a website where I could get information on long term leasing, what papers I need, what to be aware of. I checked on thaivisa.com but could not find anything on long term leasing.

Happy to give my opinionp but not certain what area you are talking of…residential or commercial ? 3 year leases or 30 year leases?

I am doing a long term lease of 2 - 30 years, what I need to know is what are all the papers I should have for this.  I will eventually go to a lawyer, but I was strongly suggested to do as much by myself as I can, to be sure I have everything.  I am in Samui, thank you if you can be of some help.
