19:50 hours- rain!

Saw what looked like weather earlier in the evening, looking southwest over Doi Suthep (meaning a certain kind of cloud, color, etc.)

But it didn't smell like rain.

Well, it is raining now. Not a big downpour; more like a freak storm, with some high wind gusts.

And as I completed writing this- it's stopped already.

Great to see it, hope it cleans things up.

Am downtown, just smelt the rain - it cometh...

Could you send some over to the Rai?

Blew over my clothes drying rack with my freshly-washed board shorts and Umbro workout shirt.

Just sprinkles in the city. At least in the southern half. Started about 7 and still sprinkling as I left Loi Kroh about 15 minutes ago.

That storm warmed things up. The usual morning low of 15 or 16 was at least 20. Was 23 at 7:00.

It sure did pour! For me it was a great afternoon for napping and drinking coffee, in that order! Wunderground predicted it three days ago.

I have enjoyed the rai the last cpl days and saw it coming both on weather.com and on the Thai tmd website. Only trouble is when it's wet, you don't really wanna go out, and yet you can't cancel all of your appointments for the day. Sometimes you actually do have a busy day in CM.
