Any help appreciated.

I want to live in Thailand, permanently, and I am looking for the best legal solution.

I can afford a property , I would prefer a small job ( but not essential)

I am 42 yrs old and a UK national.

Please advise on a good immigration attorney, realtor, type of work possible.

I am a Ships Captain, Developer of real estate, dive master !!

thanks

Re property, you will be able to rent or buy a condo, buying a "house" will be slightly more difficult, a lawyer or estate agent will be able to help.

Re Job, being a Dive Master and Ships Captain, you shouldn't find it too hard to get a job with a work permit (legally that is..!). You will have to make sure you settle near popular diving sites.
