Bemos operate on Koh Si Chang, but they are a motocy not a car, never seen them in Pattaya in the 15 years I've been here.

Nope, none of those in Pattaya, and in the last 17 years I've lived here never seen them either.

Indeed only Koh Si Chang has them (commercially) afaik.

And to be honest, never heard them called BEMO's. Either "Saam lohr" (3-wheeler) or sometimes "Sky-lab".
