I was in a local karaoke the other night, but was getting some terrible scores - 53, 57 etc... then my Thai mate murdered a song, truly woeful it was, but he got 99! Of course, I never heard the last of it!

I tried to tell him that the PC score was BS - just random scoring... but he was adamant that there was a feedback system that computed exactly when you sang and when the words changed colour etc... We were in a pretty crappy place, like 100b an hour, nothing super high tech!

So come on, what is the deal? Complete BS or is there truth in the scores?
