Property Valuation / Appriasal Company In Chiangmai - Any?

Featured Replies

Anyone out there know if there is a licenced Valuation / Appraisal company in CM ??

And please i dont mean an RE agency !

We want to check the price/value before going to waste time at the bank .

thanks

Talk to the Land Department, or directly to the Valuers at any commercial bank.

I think the answer to your question is: NO.

There does not seem to be any company/organization that correlates recent sale prices by areas vs asking price and/or etc., etc.

we wnet to several banks and got a good idea of what we wanted to know,,

but were really looking for an "independent" source.

OK, hi. the answer to your question is "yes-possibly". In researching my book I found a web site showing a chiang mai office for valuers ... refer to www.area.co.th ... I have not seen their office and it is entirely possible that the web site may be out-of-date. And I really doubt that the quality of the info they could provide would be on par with what you might expect in a country such as Australia

I also came across www.thaiappraisal.org/english/journal/default.php

Further potentially useful info in my book - www.silkwormbooks.com/catalog/info/investment-guide-thailand/
