15 days visa exempt stamp by land border.

30 days by air.

Can be extended with 7 days at immigrations in Thailand if you have a ticket out within 7 days.

Cost 1900 baht, bring copies passport, entry stamp and two passport photos.

As above. Where you do your border run has no effect on how many days you get, but rather how you do the border run!

Cross over a land border and you'll get 15 days.

Enter Thailand by air (through whichever international Thai airport) and you'll get 30 days, just like you got when entering first.

Since your days are so tight, keep in mind the 15 or 30 days is really only 14 or 29 more, since they count the first day. So if you left and came back Feb 13 your new date will be Feb 27. Might need to stay a day or 2 in Laos or whereever, or just buy a plane ticket back. My extension was additonal days (ie 30 was 30) so I assume 7 days means you get 7 more...

Also you could ask here about a 1-2 day overstay, i dont know if that is just a simple fine or could be worse.
