My visa is set to expire within the coming months and I was looking for some direction on what you guys think is the correct course of action.

- Me and my wife are currently on a 1 year multiple entry non-imm B visas; my 3 year old daughter is on a multiple entry non-imm O.

- All 3 of our visas are set to expire on May 17,2010

- I have set up a vat registered company and also have a work permit. (my wife (american) does not work in the company and does not have a work permit.

- I have only 1 Thai employee and just registered them for SS last week.

So my questions are:

1) should I find 3 more Thai's and pay their SS so I can meet the regulation of 4 Thais and then not have to leave every 90 days?

2) If I were to find 3 more Thai's and register them with SS I would not meet the "3 month" employment requirement that they require to be eligible for point #1???

3) Should I switch my wife's visa to a non-O?

Just looking for some advice....anything would be helpful. Thanks!

To get a 1 year extension of stay the company must show tax papers over the last 2 years, this you will not be able to do. So for now you will be stuck witht getting a multiple non-B for yourself and multiple non-O's for your wife and child. They can not get a 1 year extension based on your work till you are on a 1 year extenson yourself.

When your child goes to school, one of the parents can be a dependend of the child if the child applies for an educational visa. The parent must show 500,000 in a bankaccount in thailand.
