Hi , Can anyone point me in the right direction , i need to get a Statutory Declaration done here in Phuket , but it needs to be recognised in Australia under the Stat Dec Act , do we hav e an embassy here or consulate that could help ??

Sorry as an Aussie I assumed you would know your own Consul..

Larry Cunningham.. The Oz Consul on the island.. Performs usual consular duties.. Hence would presume, if you need to swear a stat dec, thats accepted in Oz, using your consul as a witness would be ideal.
