I just got hired and I need an apostille on my degree. How can I get one if I am in Thailand. I need to get fingerprinted first they said.

If you need to get your Degree apostilled, your embassy might provide that service. In the US, we usually Notorize documents rather than Apostilize them. I wouldn't be surprised if your school was happy with a notarized degree.

The verification of a degree is done by the school hiring you--or should be. In the US, there is a clearinghouse that does this.

Unless/until the MOE or immigration gives a directive on a specific method to authenticate degrees, we'll leave it as is.
