If you need to get your Degree apostilled, your embassy might provide that service. In the US, we usually Notorize documents rather than Apostilize them. I wouldn't be surprised if your school was happy with a notarized degree.

The verification of a degree is done by the school hiring you--or should be. In the US, there is a clearinghouse that does this.

Unless/until the MOE or immigration gives a directive on a specific method to authenticate degrees, we'll leave it as is.
