PATTAYA:--Early on Thursday morning, a Canadian national was found severely injured and unconscious on the pavement below a 4-storey shop house in Jomtien. The man is now in a critical condition at the Bangkok-Pattaya Hospital

He is lucky or not lucky , depending what his motive was, or some one else motives were, But its not the Falling that kills you, its the sudden stop at the bottom. Soon there will be warnings going up in Pattaya, Caution, death by falling tourists and ex pats.

I hope he makes a full recovery.
