You can apply for annual extensions of stay at your local immigration office. Go there three to four weeks before the expiration of your current permission to stay. Bring your passport with you and 2 passport photos. Your husband must accompany you and bring his ID card and house registration book. You will be given an application form to fill in. If immigration wants anything else, they will tell you, or you or your husband can call them in advance to inquire.

As a Woman you do not have to meet the financial requirements that Men do.

It will be plain sailing to apply for annual extensions. From then on you just report your address to Immigration every 90 days.

Although not a woman, last time I looked, I had to also provide photo's of our home,us outside home, us inside home and a map of its location.

Just thought I'd mention it as better forwarned.

Dave the dude is right, must have at least one photo of all the persons mentioned on the application, so you, your husband & any children you may have. Make sure you get to Samui immigration nice & early too, anytime after lunch seems to be totally chockablock.
