Wedding Offices

Featured Replies

Hello I have been researching about getting married my fiancee on my next trip but are the offices open such as the british embassy and the foreign affairs in Laksi open during April?

Thanks in advance

Well they are closed today.

When you ask a question I guess it's not possible to be any more specific abaout dates etc.

Guess also that getting married is really no big deal so any old day will do.

Nothing like not having a plan. Leastaways, that the way the plan can not get get de-railed :)

Yes, they are open, but they are not open when they are closed.

This goes for any month of the year, if you were doing good research

you should already know that they close during holidays,

Songkran comes to mind

Well I am in Thailand for all of April (almost all) but cant seem to find the dates or even opening times anyway... what I am wondering is if they shut for the whole of April as it is Songkran? Trying to make some plans but its hard until I know if the office is even open.. thanks

The 'wedding office' closes about three, there is one up the road from FAO in Laski, a couple of bus stops on the other side of the road
