exactly as the title says.

I have been hearing it for a few weeks now, the height of my apartment seems to amplify it.

This is not a political discussion, merely a noise complaint.

I just returned to a condo next to the Four Seasons on Rajadamri and I'm stunned at how loud it is and that is continues all night long. It's permanent hearing loss loud for the protestors and no sleep loud for me 500 meters away and 27 floors up.
