mikek Posted December 15, 2002 Posted December 15, 2002 I have just heard from a colleague who has successfully obtained a residence permit, that part of the process was being interviewed and having a 'question and answer' test in Thai. The whole process was recorded on video! Is this now a new requirement?
george Posted December 15, 2002 Author Posted December 15, 2002 No, this interviews has been going on since 1999 I think, maybe earlier than that.
dazdaz Posted December 15, 2002 Posted December 15, 2002 What were the questions and more importantly, what were the answers? ::
george Posted December 16, 2002 Author Posted December 16, 2002 The usual visa interview stuff. Speak about your life history, your commitment to Thailand. They also want to see that your answers and details are are the same as in your application papers. Nothing dangerous at all if your application data is true and correct. ::
