PATTAYA:-- On Wednesday Afternoon, Police Major General Suwirak, Deputy Commander of Region 2 Police, paid a visit to a Police Checkpoint set-up on the Sukumvit Road in South Pattaya to ensure that Pattaya Police have made all the necessary preparations for the Songkran Festival which takes place on 19th April.
