My lovely Thai wife has ILR to stay in the UK, we are currently filling in a VAF 4 form, an agency has told my wife that I should be the Sponsor, however looking through the details it appears more weight is given if my wife is the Sponsor, can the Sponsorship be done in both our names...??

Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

Sorry, the VAF 4 is for her son to come to the UK .......

I sponsored my Thai wife and her Thai daughter.

Both forms filled in nearly the same.

The visa came through for her daughter saying to accompany her mother.

This is normal.

Either or both may sponsor the applicant the UK/BA are aware that this is fairly normal practice.

If you require professional help ensure any agency holds registration with the OISC, we have too many agents giving people giving poor advice with little or no experience.
