American Man falls to his death from North Pattaya Condominium

PATTAYA:-- On Friday Morning, Police Colonel Nantawoot, the Pattaya Police Chief made his way to the Markland Condominium located in front of Soi 1 off Pattaya Beach Road to investigate the apparent suicide of an American resident. The Colonel began his investigation at the 5th floor swimming pool area and examined body parts belonging to the victim, Mr. Paul Royal Osborne aged 73 from USA who is thought to have fallen from his 25th floor apartment.

The poor guy was at death's door and has been for some time - his body was giving up and he had many medical problems

Former US Fighter Pilot Falls to His Death in Pattaya

An American national and former US fighter pilot with the Marine Corp. has fallen to his death from his 25th floor apartment in North Pattaya. Investigations into the matter are continuing, however; depression over his congenital heart condition is believe to have led the man to commit suicide.

After reading the update by Rimmer, their is no wonder there were body parts as he hit a balcony on the way down. Horrible way to end it.

this place has only recently been done up as well, i was asked before to do the marketing on the place, but after a few google searches, there have been many deaths of ferang at this building ....., hense not taking on the project with the power of google

RIP, but i hope they do not rule this as a 'suicide' case closed ....
