Foreigner or Thai national, in plastic surgery you get what you pay for. The best surgeons cost subtsantially more than less renowned ones.

IMO cosmetic surgery is something you should have done by someone top notch or not at all. Don't look for bargains.

Well, I'm in Bangkok, so that itself is a bargain. So the next thing is to find a reliable surgeon or hospital in Bangkok.

You are asking the wrong question you want to know which doctor.

Get on Bumrunguards website and look for the appropriate doctor then go to the BNH web site and find the same doctor, pick the one that is head of the dept

I wonder if anyone has had experience with Bangkok General Hospital or Piyavate Hospital.

Bangkok Hospital has many good surgeons that do this surgery.

why not treat the cause and not the symptoms.there is a reason people get baggy eyes.

What :) ? Maybe you can come up with a cure, but before that would you be kind enough to state the "reason"

Yep ageing - stop that ageing and you will be fine - in fact whizz back to your twenties and stay there. No problems.

It depends what you want done. Do you want upper and lower Bleph? or both? I had upper Bleph and Facelift last Feb. I am happy with the results. But I ended up losing friends because of it. It is called the "little green head" -yap ENVY. Well, it did made me looked younger and it changed my eyes from that hooded Asian look to the more rounded look. It was a spur of the moment decision. I went there mainly for the Facelift. I went to Bangkok hospital though. Very nice hospital. Would put 5 star hotels to shame. But it is the surgeon's skills that you need to research, because you only really need to be in hospital overnight. It is the outcome that you have to put up if things go wrong. So my advice is research, research, research. If I was having lower bleph done, I would go for oculu plastic surgeons. Reason why I said this is because Oculoplastic surgeons specializes in, well eyes and its structures. And they do bleps as well. There's a few oculoplastic surgeons in Bangkok if you google them. As to how to find out how good they are. Keep researching. Ask, and ask. Good luck.
