Hi folks, has any reader ever stayed in Veerachai Court in Chiangmai, in one of the soi off Tapae Road, any idea what is the monthly room rates, how's the place and rooms.

Appreciate some info or any e-mail address...Thanks... :o

Or is there other better places...

Hi

Lots of better places. Veerachai from memory runs 3,500 to 4,500 per month, 5 baht phone, 5 baht electricity.
