April 27, 201015 yr Hi, They are an excellent old Chiang Mai family business and the units are first class construction. As for location, uninterrupted views of Doi Suthep and easy access to the super highway and all the facilities. Surely the price is at the top end of the scale but so are the homes, about as good as it gets for condo living... TC

April 27, 201015 yr Or next burning season.... when the smoke and smog roll into one and the winds push it right up against Doi Suthep basically giving cancer to anyone and everyone on the west side of Chiangmai.
April 28, 201015 yr Price at the top end? Understatement. 2M for a 60m2 wardrobe. But up to you of course. Like others say, don't expect that mountain view to last.

You only have to look at the bun fight that is Pattaya It already happened over there with Touch Hill Place sprouting up in front of Greenery Hill even before the landscaping has been completed. Also, I doubt if anyone has given a moment's thought to how the traffic from the new Convention Centre is going to get in and out of town (that is if they ever manage to attract a convention beyond the heavily subsidised and promoted opening event whatever that may be). CM needs one like a hole in the head.
April 28, 201015 yr My understanding was that some four years ago, a "ceiling" of three stories was placed on all new projects west of the irrigation canal road. Local governments change, and money talks I suppose. Should I be surprised?
