Went yesterday to the post Office to pay the water bill, she told me it is FREE ??

Is this correct ?

last month paid 189 baht for water, after it being free for the past year... is it free again ?

Did notice yesterday was 1 day late but as the 5th was a holiday went yesterday, is that the reason ?

I wish I could use above my free quota here up north. No rain equates to b_ugger all water.
