Bus To Ratchadaphisek

Featured Replies

Would anyone happen to know a bus that runs from Chatachuck park or Central Ladprao to Rathchadaphisek (around soi 33). Or perhaps a bus that runs from sukhumvit to the same area. I need to get up that way tomorrow but dont like taxis, try to use local transport as much as possible.

Thank you for any help.

Why not take the MRT it runs down Ratchadapisek from either Chatuchuck or LadPrao, not 100% on the closest station to soi 33 though

Bus 136 (red and non-aircon..Bht7 or sometimes free if with a wide blue band and white writing at top of windscreen) runs from Mochit 2 Northern Bus Station at the back of Chatuchat Park. It then comes infront of Chatuchat and stops at Mochit BTS station, then goes past Central Lhad Phrao and turns onto Ratchada Physek all the way down to Asok and Klong Toei.

Bus 185 runs from Klong Toei also and passes Ratchada sois 32/34/36 and then heads north to Rangsit.

Both 136 and 185 cross Sukumvit on Asok and also meet your central Lhad Phrao criteria.

Lhad Phrao MRT station is closest to Soi 33 ( I couldn't see soi 33...but assume it is roughly opposite sois 34/36). 1.35 Kms..

Fastest way: subway from Chatuchat Park to Lad Prao and ...walk or use a motorcycle?
