Use the left luggage room on the departures level. When I last used it the cost was 70baht per day, but that was a few years ago. I doubt it will have increased much above that but not sure.

It's now Baht 100 per day per bag

I just used this service two weeks ago and can confirm that they charge 100 Baht/24 hours storage and (we were told) a 50 Baht late fee up to a couple hours of late pickup.
