ok my question is:

i want to live and work in thi,this my dream,and i go to do anything to make it real,

so what i need to do?

how cen i gat "working viza" ?

anyone can gat this viza?

i need to find job before? or aftar ?

its cost money ?

if someone can help me i wiil be grateful

You have to find a job that can provide you a work permit. When you find such employment you obtain the employment documents of the company and obtain a non immigrant B visa and return to apply for work permit and take up employment.

Such jobs are not too easy to find so that will be the hard part.

and eaht about "marriage visa" ?

There is no marriage visa. The best you can obtain with a marriage is a non immigrant visa allowing 90 day stays.
