Many people were in long line taking unusually large sums of money from Bangkok Bank ATM at Meechok Plaza. My friend thinks maybe this is red shirts protesting against Bangkok bank. Or maybe it is because many ATMs were out of money lately due to curfew. I do not know if this is happening elsewhere and at other banks, but perhaps if people need money from ATM would be good to take out before ATM runs out.

maybe its just the bank of choice for red shirt leaders to pay their supports for services rendered in bkk recently

It is my understanding that banks are now running normally. (Thus ATM machines, particularly those attached to banks, will get refilled)
