Can anyone give me some advice on a good resort to stay at with young children on koh phagnan in October? We are also planning on getting married so would like someplace that can also host a beach wedding if possible.

I've seen a beach wedding organised at Bottle Beach 1 resort on Bottle Beach which looked impressive. Also good resort for kids and have pool now too. Dont have contact details but sure you can google it.

You forgot to mention Bottle Beach is only reachable by boat, in the most remote part of KPG.

Aside this, beautiful location.

If you give an idea of budget etc would be useful.

We need family style accom (Villa etc) so I know it won't be super cheap, however, don't really want to pay more that 2000Baht per night. In regards to the wedding was hoping to get it all done (ceremony and a dinner party) for about 30 000. There will be about 20 guests, 8 of them will be children.

Would love to go to the east side, but with kids it's a bit hard. On previous visits, have spent lots of time on Haad Yaun and Haad Tien, but have become a more cautious traveller since having kids!

Santhiya Resort & Spa - Thong Nai Pan Beach!

Unforgettable, no disappointments included in the deal!

Pick up with their own boat from Samui (Ban Rak Pier) can be booked too!

if out of budget -

Baan Panburi Village - Thong Nai Pan Noi

and then ....

Bottle Beach is beautiful and only reachable by boat and closed in high waves. October can have waves. I wouldn't really recommend it then, or anywhere on the east side that is only reachable by boat.

There are quite a few places but you don't say what kind of rooms you are looking for, presumably aircon? nicer? upmarket, medium market? How big is the wedding? wedding party?
