Getting Married On Samui

hi,

I am just planning my wedding which will be on Samui next month. We are having a Buddhist ceremony and siging the legal documents in the morning.

however we wanted to do a western style wedding in the afternoon. I am a christian (well I am an atheist but I come from that sort of background) She is a Buddhist.

Who should we get to do the ceremony?

Any suggestions?

Yea it is called registration at the court house (amphur). That is legal and that is all a marriage is in Thailand.

I got married on Samui in June. We opted for an atheist wedding and hired a really nice Welsh minister called John. His contact details are : PM poster for contact details.

He will do any type of wedding ceremony that you are interested in, and will travel pretty much anywhere on the island (including on a boat which is where he performed our ceremony). Hope this helps

Why don't you get married at the Official TV Party on June 27th. The first TV wedding. Free food and drinks. Rooo can be best man and Smokie a maid of honour. BigC can make a speech.....it's all coming together...
