While it's always better to be hired directly by a school, if you can't find a job elsewhere, this agency has supplied Chinese teachers to a couple of schools that I've worked at: Chinese school website

I don't know how well they pay, but they seemed to be pretty well organized. Most of their teachers are Thais who studied Chinese at University, but I've seen one or two 'real' Chinese teachers as well.
