I live in Poland but I am thinking about studying in thailand, what is needed to do it, what kind of tests do I have to take before etc?

I am starting at Payap University next week. I am in the process of changing my visa from non-immigrant B to an Education visa. The University provided the tests I took prior to starting in order to exempt me from required classes. I believe you will have to arrange for your Education visa before you leave. I suggest you start corresponding with the university now and find out their requirements from them. If they're like Payap, they'll be happy to engage with a perspective foreign student. Hmm I was interested in Bkk University. It closed application period at 22 may 2010. So I guess I will have to wait till next year?

I'm not sure about Bkk University, but at Payap you can register and start classes at the 2nd semester.

Get in touch with admissions. They usually are quite accommodating - especially considering that the new term starts in mid August, I believe.

Visa is a breeze once they have processed all your documents. All what's left for you is to go to the Thai embassy/consulate in your home country to collect the visa.

Unless a program, or school is full, they usually take late applications.
