Re-entry Permit

Hi,

I' m Portuguese and I' ll be going to Thailand and Malaysia in August, for tourism, for 17 days.

I'm going to stay 6 days in Bangkok, then going to Penang and Langkawi for 5 days, and then I intend return to Thailand for another 6 days.

Since I'll stay in Thailand for less than a month, I don't need a tourist visa, but since I'm going to leave Thailand and intend to re-entry, do I need a re-entry permit?

No. You just receive another 30 day stamp when you come back from Malaysia.
