I am curious, if the proper use of hazard lights are in the official Thai traffic regulations?

Although it will be often used at crossroads by drivers going straight, that's quite normal here, some speeding cars use them as well. Did an emergency happen? Birth of a child? Urgent way to the hospital? Urgent way to the toilettes? Rather not. Coming late for dinner? A driving maniac showing everyone he can drive quick? A manic with an inferiority complex?

and so on...
