Phuket- Cheap Crown For Back Molar

Hi, looking for a cheap crown (looks don't count it is upper back tooth) in phuket. I am there 1-17th. I want it as cheap as poss- tempte to just get tooth out but has cost so much.

This tooth has cost me close to $10,000 for various fillings, crowns, root canal, surgery (the idiots here in melb realised after all the work that I had a fracture underneath in my jaw so all work was undone with a $1000 on the spot surgery). Have been looking oline but many dentists don't list prices, or just have the prices for the cosmetic crowns. I also need to get a mouth splint (nightguard) to stop me grinding my teeth away at night! Any help much appreciated. I also have teeth the size of a child's!

If you also know any good cheap places for hairdressing and a little bit of botox let me know. I had some fantasic work done in Bangkok (for migraine and also a cut and colour for my hair) at places I just walked into but phuket is a whole other ballgame!
