I've been looking to buy here with an eventual aim to live here probably in Hua Hin. I've been in touch with a few agents selling properties in the area, only one seemed very good, any experiences or comments from users ?

I know most of them but won't be giving a choice. Suffice to say, there are some good one's- (even tho a web board audience may whinge over some;) Obviously you've been to the Hin, just pop into the local pubs/restaurants and chat up the local Foreigners. Sure, you'll get some one-sided views but after a bit (take as much time as you need!) you'll get a clearer picture. You might want to ask here too. And you might also look around private sales here as well, but the BEST advice is to drive around with a Thai interpreter (non-biased if possible) to translate the myriad of Thai language 'for sale' signs along the biways. Well I have now been in Hua Hin for a while and I found a great agent to help me, Sue at huahin -property.com , anyone else know them? Thai lady speaks perfect english
