Recell After Burns?

Hi,

I need some help. I got an motorbike accident some years ago and because of this several big scars on my arms. Now I read about about a new technique from Australia called Recell. It was first used after the terror attack in Bali in 2002 to help people with burns and the results are looking great.

Now I'm searching for a qualified surgeon in Thailand offering Recell and maybe somebody heard of this and can help with a doctor/hospital address offering this procedure? Thanks for every answer.
