Non-im Type O Expiration

I have a non-immigrant type "O" multiple entry visa that states "This visa must be used before MARCH 14, 2004 if passport remains valid". The MARCH 14, 2004 date is stamped, one year after I got the visa in the US in March 2003. My question is do I have to leave Thailand by March 14, 2004? With this multiple entry visa everytime I leave the country and return I get three months. What if I leave Thailand, say February 15, will I be able to stay until May 15 or will they only give me until March 14? This page on thaivisa.com says "If you utilize your visa the last time just before it expire, you will get an extra 3 months "bonus", so the total validity will be nearly 15 months." Just checking if this still holds true and if anyone has tried recently. Any reliable info greatly appreciated!

As long as you are back in Thailand just before it expires, you will get another 3 months stay granted on arrival. Up to 23.59 on 14 March even. That might be cutting it a bit fine though.
