Ukelele In Chiang Mai - Where? Cost

Featured Replies

Title says it all.

Looking for a budget, but working ukelele in CM.

Where can I get one?

Thanks

Phil.

Ha, funny you should ask this! I actually just bought one last week for my boyfriend for his birthday. The music store on the 4th (?) level of Kad Suan Kaew sells ukuleles. The one I got him was the basic beginner's model and that was about 2500THB... they go up in price from there. The brand is Hawaiian but the guy in the shop says they are all made in China. The basic one sounds pretty good I think, no problems yet...he's only just started fooling around with it.

Thats brilliant. Do you happen to know the brand? Makala?

Thanks again,

Phil
