I need to accompany someone to Rajavithi Hospital located at Victory monument in Bangkok.

Is there a nice clean hotel very close (walking distance) to the hospital that has internet access in the rooms?

I stayed at a new budget hotel right by the monument about a year ago. Keep thinking it was Tune (AirAsia), but not certain. In any event it was just like a Tune, very clean and with minimal hotel amenities. Had Internet and many food places in immediate vicinity. Location was about 50 m from the monument circle. Well under 1k baht.

Try V P Tower - 5 minutes from Ratchathewi Hospital and BTS. Private, on quiet soi - nice garden, restaurant and pool. Highly recommended.
