In Hua Hin town, or very close. Anyone got a cheap one.

It depends on your standards. There are plenty of rental houses and condos around and they range from 8000 per month for a Thai standard townhouse to 100,000 per month for a very high western standard view condo or home. Come and get a cheap hotel room for a couple of weeks and just look around. I'm sure you'll find something that suits your taste, location, and budget.

The best deals are to be had by word of mouth or by just looking for "For Rent" signs. You will pay more if you go through an agency.

I have a 1 year old 2 bed bungalow in a quiet cul de sac on Soi 88. Two bathrooms, 1 en-suite with tub and shower. Furnished, A/C in bedroom, fridge, TV, Telephone/internet. Gated with off street parking. for a 6 month contract I will let you have it for 10,000 baht per month.
